Ferris Wheelin’ & Dealin’: Week 5 Buy or Sell

Welcome to the 2018 version of Ferris Wheelin’ & Dealin’. I’m going to give you the lowdown on who to target via trade and who to pick up in the future. I’ll cover redraft, dynasty, devy, and sometimes college football fantasy. This is going to be some next level shit to help you crush the competition.

Trade for Aaron Jones:

Coming off of his suspension, Aaron Jones has quickly proven to be the most talented and complete RB in the Green Bay running back stable. Most importantly, Jones has the trust and backing of Aaron Rodgers. This week, the Packers take on the Detroit Lions and could be missing their top 3 wideouts. The Lions average giving up 33.1 aFPA to opposing RBs according the 4for4.com. Look for Jones to cement himself as the bellcow with heavy-usage this week. Buy now on Jones before it is too late.

Sell Corey Davis:

Coming off a breakout performance, you may wonder why I would recommend selling on Davis. This week, he draws Tre White. The same Tre White who shut down Davante Adams last week and has been one of the best CBs in football this year. Davis also, has a very difficult playoff schedule, drawing Jacksonville, NY Giants, and the Washington football team. All three matchups are bottom-10 and could result in a poor playoff showing. Now is the time to sell high on Davis as his value may be cresting this week.

Trade for Dalvin Cook:

No one is more disappointed in Cook’s performance this year than I. He’s my number one guy but I swear that isn’t coloring my point of view at all. He’s a great buy right now. Stephania Bell was recently speaking on his hamstring injury and explained that his injury is nothing to worry about. In fact, its very common. The Vikings still have a great offense that will produce immense scoring opportunities for Cook as the season wears on. Even with the lackluster stats and health, Cook has averaged over 3 yards after contact; a number that isn’t even skewed by a long run. Buy now on Cook before it is too late!

Running Back Ranks!

Cam Akers

Jonathan Taylor

AJ Dillon

Benny Snell

D’Andre Swift

Stock Up: Darrell Henderson

Stock Down: Bryce Love

Benny Snell is the number one draft-eligible RB in America. His size, skills, and running style is ready made for the NFL. I would look to acquire Snell by dangling Derrick Henry after he crushes the Bills this week. His value will be soaring and you may be able to acquire Snell and a piece, both of whom would be better than Henry.
